ARA Terms and Conditions

myEZ Car Care, LLC, (“myEZ”) with its principal place of business and contact information at the bottom of this page and ARA Member (“AM”) with its principal place of business and contact information as previously entered wish to establish a relationship whereby ‘AM’ uses ‘myEZ’ loyalty, marketing and vehicle-related discount services and/or the Electronic Glove Box® as a loyalty, marketing and new customer acquisition tool and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 1.‘AM’ agrees to provide a 3 year  myEZ Car Care VIP Discount Program to some or all of  its customers at a discounted cost to ‘AM’ of $19.95 per customer.

 2.  ‘ myEZ’ agrees to add ‘AM’ to its Service Provider network making ‘AM’ available to all ‘myEZ’ members and to promote ‘AM’ to and through its business partners in the ‘AM’ geographic market, provided ‘AM’ agrees to provide an average of at least 10 customers per month with the myEZ Car Care VIP Discount Program.

 3. ‘AM’ agrees to provide the agreed-upon ‘AM’ discount to each ‘myEZ’ member presenting a valid ‘myEZ’ Membership Card.

 4.  Fulfillment/customer registration – ‘AM’ will receive from ‘myEZ’ a password with instructions on how to register its customers as new ‘myEZ’ members in the ‘myEZ’ data base {Customer Name, Address, Vehicle Year, Make, Model, Phone,(email address-optional)}.  If email address is entered, ‘myEZ’ will present the customer with an Upgrade option where the customer will have the opportunity to upgrade their VIP Discount Card membership to ‘myEZ’ VIP Plus-Complete Care program which includes the Electronic Glove Box®.  Customers that select the Upgrade option will complete the online fulfillment and pay with a credit card on the ‘myEZ’ web site.  ‘AM’ will receive a commission of 15% of the upgrade amount paid on all ‘AM’ customer Upgrades as well as enhanced marketing/communications with those customers.

 5. ‘myEZ’ will mail each ‘AM’ registered customer (myEZ Member) a welcome letter with an ARA-branded wallet Membership Card upon receipt of customer information.

 6.  For ‘AM’ customers with email addresses, ‘myEZ’ will send periodic communications to them including Car Care Tips, keeping them informed about proper car care as well as other reminders and marketing messages on behalf of ‘AM’, specific to the ‘myEZ’ VIP Discount Card, including reminding them to bring their car in for service.  Customers that Upgrade to VIP Plus-Complete Care will receive all of the enhanced features of the Electronic Glove Box®.

 7. ‘ myEZ’ will maintain its web site with current service provider information and will provide ‘AM’ with a URL link and graphics for ‘AM’ use on its web site, newsletters and other marketing if ‘AM’ elects to use email addresses. 

 8.  myEZ will invoice ‘AM’ at the beginning of each month for all ‘AM’ customer registrations completed the prior month. Invoice is due upon receipt.  ‘myEZ’ will remit to ‘AM’ its commission quarterly on all ‘AM’ customer Upgrades completed the prior quarter by the 20th of the next month.      

 9. This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time with 90 days written notice.
